ASSESSMENT

Organizations may encounter situations that require intervention services such as mediation, training, coaching or other types of services. In order to determine the most effective and productive service, or combination of services to meet your goals, we provide an initial assessment by interviewing the people involved and others as appropriate.

Individuals who have issues with conflict that are impeding their effectiveness in the workplace may benefit from an assessment process that identifies their preferred conflict response styles, strengths, and developmental goals.  HessGehris Solutions providers are certified in a variety of assessment tools that can be used as part of an individual or team coaching program.  Such tools include the Conflict Dynamics Profile and the MBTI.
