Melinda and Carol offer a variety of professional training programs for dispute resolution professionals.  We design and lead sessions from basic mediation training to advanced skills and ethics programs.  We design each program for the audience and experience level.  Our approach to training is geared to the adult learner, combining theory with action, and interactive lecture with immediate practice.

We have designed and offered training programs for individuals who intend to mediate for others and advanced trainings for those actively engaged in mediation practice.  We also offer mediation skills training for people who don’t intend a career as a mediator but would like to understand the skills and philosophy of the profession.  We  believe that enhancing the skills of everyone in key areas of human interactions both prevents conflict and contributes to business success by increasing effective relationship building and maintenance.
